Are your leather jackets genuine leather?

Yes. Every jacket we sell is made from top-tier, authentic raw materials, no synthetic fillers, PU, or faux substitutes. Each piece is checked for construction quality and authentic detailing before it's listed.

What is your shipping and delivery time?

Orders are processed within 3 business days, then delivered within 4-7 business days, so total delivery is typically 7-10 business days after you order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Contact support@pureleatherjacket.co.uk to start a return; items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Can I exchange a jacket for a different size?

The fastest way to get the right size is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the size or style you want.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

No. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned.

I'm ordering from the EU, can I cancel my order after delivery?

Yes. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
